I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Brian and Diamond Valley Doors. We had a hinge break last weekend that caused the door to come out of the tracks and called another company (with 5 stars) in a pinch. They came over and helped us get our door down but told us we needed a new door and that repairs would be $1,300 so we’d be better to just replace the whole thing. I just didn’t get good vibes from him and frankly, didn’t like being told what I needed to do without being given options or at least an explanation as to why that was the best course of action.
Enter Brian. We had actually called him a few weeks prior and picked up a new hinge (for another that had broken on our small garage). I felt like he was very helpful so I urged my husband to call him to get a second opinion on our new problem. Brian came over the next day and not only told us that we didn’t need a new door but walked through the things we needed to fix and other potential issues down the road. We never felt like he was trying to sell us anything. We really felt like he was trying to help us out. And he did at a fraction of the price of the initial quote! Our doors feel new!
I really wish he did more than just doors because I’d call him for anything!

It was a great experience working with Diamond Valley Garage Door. Brian is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells and made a GREAT recommendation about a Clopay garage door for our house. He was very open about how long it would take to manufacture and kept us updated when there was a delay after ice storms in TX. When it arrived he coordinated a time a few days later to do the install. Brian and Jason arrived on time and did a FANTASTIC job installing the unit and left everything nice and ckean. What a difference the new door makes on our house! Very happy wirh every part of this purchase through DVGD and would recommend them to everyone..

Brian was great with communication, he and Jacob were on time for installation, the quote was accurate, and they were incredible efficient with the install. Just over two hours and we have a wonderful new garage door and opener! They walked me through how to use the opener panel inside the garage (much fancier than I’m used to), and helped set up the keypad entry. We had heard of Diamond Valley Garage Door through a friend and we would 100% recommend them!

My garage doors leaked at the bottom like crazy. I couldn't seem to find anyone to replace the rubber. Turns out it was not really "replaceable". Brian and Jason came out and determined that they could remove the rubber and screw a plate on the bottom of the garage door and new rubber could be slid in. They also said next time, I could probably do it myself! What a nice couple of guys. Very professional. They even made sure the doors were adjusted properly. I would definitely use them again.

Diamond Valley was great! They installed the doors quickly. We followed their recommendation for a garage door opener (which we love) and they even moved our old opener to our third car garage for us! The garage doors are perfect.
